Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, because our products are made to order through our integration with Printful, there are specific return and refund conditions you should be aware of.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All our products are custom printed on demand, which means each item is made especially for you once an order is placed. This helps reduce waste and overproduction.

As a result, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or quantity

Please review product details carefully before placing your order.


 

2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

  • Provide clear photos of the issue and packaging

  • Include your order number in the message

After we verify the issue, we’ll work with Printful to send you a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a refund.


 

3. Wrong Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an incorrect shipping address was provided and the package is returned to Printful:

  • You will be responsible for the reshipping costs

  • We cannot offer a refund for unclaimed or undeliverable orders due to incorrect address details

Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your purchase.


 

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, EU residents usually have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days.

However, this does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
    Our prints fall under this exemption, and thus the right of withdrawal does not apply to most purchases made on our site.


 

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your product arrived damaged or has a quality issue:

  1. Email us they @meliseflores.com within 14 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and photos

  3. Wait for our response (usually within 2 business days)
